Colorful & Quirky Vegan Wedding Day with under 30 Guests in the Bride’s Childhood Backyard.
Intimate Weddings just hit different. As a Couple you get to be in the moment with all of your guests, you get to have conversations, eat your delicious food and enjoy all of the elements of your Wedding Day.
This Couple chose to marry in the Bride’s Childhood Backyard in the beautiful English Cottage style garden her father planted. Having your Wedding in a sentimental location adds another layer of emotion to your Wedding Day. Creating an Intentional Day is so important to my Couples. Having a Vegan Wedding was of the upmost importance to this Bride and Groom. They set up a coffee bar and served Vegan Muffins to their guest that were AMAZING and sent everyone home with vegan cupcakes.
After their intimate backyard ceremony we stopped at their home to walk the pups and then headed to Garden of the Gods for more portraits. We ended the day at Ferns Diner up in the mountains for a delicious vegan dinner.
To say this being chosen to document this Wedding was an honor and a dream would be an understatement. A dream Couple, gorgeous locations and the most perfect day.

After a small brunch of vegan muffins and coffee bar offerings we headed back to their place to walk their pups before taking off for the next adventure for their Wedding Day. I love love love when Couples are able to incorporate their animals into their Weddings somehow. Even if it’s for a quick photo op. Our pets are just as important as our human loved ones, so it’s amazing to include them in family portraits.
Garden of the Gods is one of my favorite hiking spots in Colorado so this was an absolute DREAM to be able to adventure with these four amazing humans and photograph them in such a beautiful landscape. We braved the chilly temps and drizzles of rain and created some amazing portraits.
The final stop on this Wedding Day adventure was Ferns Vegan diner in Cascade, Colorado. Breakfast for dinner on your Wedding Day is a whole vibe. The food was FANTASTIC and the owners are truly amazing. Such a fun location for an all vegan diner. What a perfect way to end this incredible Wedding day.
